Saba, also known as Cooked Grape Must, is a syrup obtained by slowly cooking grape must with a high sugar content. Historically, it was used as a condiment for polenta, for traditional products such as Christmas bread-style desserts, and in winter with snow, like a granita. Modern cuisine, however, has brought it back in many different ways: today it is used to garnish ice cream, fruit, meat, cheese and fish.
Each pack contains 2 bottles.
